HI everybody and welcome to my nutrition website. I’m Italian and my dad is a chef, hence I grew up surrounded by healthy and delicious food all the time.
Since I was little, I’ve been into sports (swimming, football, American football, basketball etc.) and I needed a lot of energy. Food!
When I was living with my parents it was easy, it was almost like to be at the restaurant but free of charge.
Now, that I leave in the UK and by myself and I had to improve my cooking skills and mostly where to buy organic food.

When I was 13years old, I became quite conscious how I looked like and I felt always tired,even though I was eating healthy and I was so young. At the beginning, I started looking online and reading books simply for fun but it didn’t take long that become an obsession. I knew how many calories there were in each food and which one are the benefit and side effect of each food.

When was the last time you were in a bad mood?
We all get in negative psychological and emotional states at times, but when you find yourself in that place, change your body and get in state. To change your mood, you can do something as simple as adjusting what you are eating every day. You can make eye contact with the people around you. You can smile, just to trick your mind into thinking you’re feeling better than you actually are. Eventually, your emotions and mindset will follow suit.
Once you accept that you are solely in control of your emotional well-being, you can move away from bad moods and learn to exist in a beautiful state, any time.
